Customer Agreement
Your data are invaluable and you want to
recover them.
You took note of the procedure of packing and forwarding of your
storage unit, under the heading "sending".
You must join to your parcel the payment
corresponding to the option of speed of diagnostic
which you will have chosen for dealt with of your hard disk (2).
Diagnostic:
Indeed, as of reception of your hard disk
and according to the mode of selected service {(N),
(U), (P) or (UP)},
we deal with it and carry out a complete diagnosis [ physical control
of the disc, analyzes recoverable files, (not checking of integrity
of the files) ].
- This analysis is without obligation of result, because of the
nature of work.
- If your support requires to be open; you must give us the authorization
of it (1).(champ to be validated by "yes" in the form
on line).
IN THE EVENT OF POSSIBLE
RECOVERY:
We inform you, by email, of the detail of
the recoverable data (you receive "screen impressions"
or a list of the repertories or files recoverable).
Two
solutions arise at you:
1) YOU DECIDE
to carry out the recovery of your data, it is enough for you to
turn over us the photocopy of the estimate
with the mention "read and approved, good for agreement",
to date, sign or seal of company.
In certain cases, the data recovery of
a hard disk requires the use of a second identical disk in all points
to the first. You can either provide it to us or to leave the care
to find it. In this case the cost of the supply suggested in the
estimate under the heading with "Option HD"
will be invoice to you.(see form field on line)
After
acceptance of the estimate,
you commit yourselves regulating of it the final amount and cash
at the delivery date of the recovered data increased 7 working days.
Any complaint will be null and void 15 working days deadline as
from the date of reception of the invoice, the postmark attest.
Any delay of payments will involve, in accordance with the law n°
92-1442 of the 31/12/92 of the penalties of 1,5 % of the amount
per month.
In
the event of dissension for the attribution of the terms of our
conditions, the compétant court is that which the premises
concern of undertaking RC PRODUCTION limited liability company.
2)YOU
DON'T WISH to carry out the recovery of your
data. We return you your hard disk.
The expenses according to the mode of selected service {(N)
(U) (P) or (UP)}
of assumption of responsibility of your disc are preserved to cover
the cost of reforwarding, analysis and assumption of responsibility
of the disc which were carried out (dealt with detailed at the beginning
of the Customer Agreement and on the board).
(1)the manufacturer warranty disappears. (2)this sum won't be
restored. (3) Normal process. (4)this disk will be probably made
unusable.
